My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Scotland this past October. We had an awesome time!!! That absolutely can be attributed to the wonderful experience we had with Arnold Clark at Edinburgh Airport. We were helped by Daniel. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell us on anything. We wish this company was worldwide! We'd use them all the time :-)
Effortlessly picked up car for a week at the very friendly and efficient branch at Bishopbriggs.The staff at Edinburgh Airport branch were equally professional and courteous. We were drivento the terminal in our own car, with a family and luggage, the stress was taken out of that final leg.I found Arnold Clark's cars to be great value for the price. (We were given a very sporty new Clio)Also the excess is very reasonable. Totally recommended.
We chose Arnold Clark based on their good reviews. We did have an issue, being overcharged by a small amount which has taken some time to resolve, but we are very happy that the money has now been refunded. Tip for renters - check car and take photos all round, including windscreen before taking delivery.
Very friendly staff and efficient service! We got our car right after we arrived in Edinburgh. However our luggage was lost by the airline and we had to drive back to Edinburgh airport to pick up the luggage by ourselves. As we didnt know where to park the car, we went back to the office, and one of the staff, a very kind gentleman, took us to the airport and helped us through. Many many thanks to the staff!
