I have nothing but praise for Veronica and herTeam at Inverness Agos.Before Christmas..the week before and Inverness Argos was extremely busy I bought a Karaoke machine and additional microphone . Later the same week I went in to buy a beer cooler for my husbands Christmas. The one I wanted was sold out but Veronica who is the Manager took time to check, found an alternative and finalised the sale in a courteous and businesslike manner.Unfortunately my husband thought the beer cooler was too big and the Karaoke equipment had been duplicated by another relative!! So I had to take back everything...and no fuss was made. We just laughed at the silliness of it all. There were still no smaller beer coolers available yet in Inverness but I assured Veronica that after my husband had his wooden shed erected in February I would be back to Argos to buy a more suitable sized cooler for him!!I have bought quite a few items at Argos Inverness and have always been treated exceptionally well. I bought a humidifier last week and as it fitted our requirements I was looking on your website to buy another humidifier only bigger. There is one but not available at Inverness Store AND not even for delivery to IV2 3DT..I wonder why as I would be delighted to get one even if I have to wait for it to be delivered.?.?Humidifier I would like to purchase is Beurer LR330 2 in 1 Air Cleaner and Humidifier at 206.99 cat code. 750/4341.
I waited over 7minutes to be served was other 3 people behide me with only one member of staff on till other staff walk pass us look that us never got some one to jump on the till he just went as he was finished then finally just when I got served a other never of staff jump on the till you would think now the eastgated store is cloeses their would make sure their have 2 till on not just the one
Not the stores fault. Ordered cooker with delivery and installation charged at anoth 70. Paid over 400 in total. No email co formation. No call for delivery. Chased 3 times to be informed we would get a call 're delivery. Chased a 4th time to be informed they don't deliver this way Inverness. They don't have it in stock. They where rude cancelled my order and hang up on me.
Great location in a large retail park with good selection of shops. Easy parking, large empty store the way I like it, nothing squashed together. Friendly staff who were helpful locating the correct assortments. Touch screens working and self checkout machines also working.
Service was excellent staff polite and smart. Would shop there again. I already have twice since first visit. I would recommend this Argos at Inverness retail park to all my friends and family
