Been Working for this company for 37 year's .
We used Bishop's Move for a recent move in Edinburgh. Unforeseen issues arose and I had to speak to customer services. I can say without question this company has the worst customer services i have ever dealt with. The young man I spoke to was aggressive, rude, argumentative, and offensive. The way he spoke to me was appalling. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused. It was impossible to reach anyone in Scotland because the calls were redirected to the English office where the same man answered. I must say that the local team that ultimately delivered my things were friendly and very professional. Sadly they work for a company I would never want to deal with again. I would not recommend Bishop's Move.
Absolutely terrible service. The manager is so rude via email. Nice enough face to face. Ignored my emails after my house was packed up into a container to be shipped to Australia. Never received my inventory or my container number, until I had to get my brother in law to call, time difference made it harder for me to call.Stuff arrived so badly packed it was unreal. Kitchen knives just thrown in boxes. A TV at the bottom of the box with heavy kitchen goods on top of it. Damaged cot. Would never recommend them to anyone!!! Not for international shipment anyway!!!
Perfect experience. I could not fault my experience with the company. Great price, staff, help and quickness of order.
The guys that helped us move were fantastic, happy guys. They were nice to chat to and considerate of our things. The move was done quickly and by the end of the day we were in our new place. Would thoroughly recommend.
